Mine wasn't. Third surgery needed to take it all out -- infection problem. Two months-plus of complete ruin for me. Hope Boone's goes as it should without issues.
Seems like much to young a guy

Jeez, sorry to hear Percy. I guess I didn’t really consider the infection factor, was mainly speaking to the effectiveness of the pacemaker in treating his condition.
Man I hope he's ok...

So now even the manager is going to be lost? Players aren't enough to satisfy the baseball Gods?
He'll be back
section125 : 3/3/2021 7:15 pm : link
within the week..

Best wishes to him.
Maybe now he'll be more on top of the game, instead of falling asleep

in the dugout with a heart rate of 40.

I kid, I kid, Cash does all the managing for him anyway.

Patients often have conduction problems after open heart surgeries, so needing a PPM isn't that uncommon, although I don't know the details of his case.
I know
Carson53 : 3/4/2021 10:57 am : link
he had some kind of heart procedure about 10 years ago,
after his playing career ended. That was an aortic valve.
This is a pacemaker, he should be back in about a week.
Don't rush Booney, health is more important!

Cash does 'all the managing for him', okay.
