Well anyone actually thoight the Knicks would be in this spot halfway through? nope
Second half starts with a tough 4 game trip and ends with a tough 6 game west coast trip, but in between the Knicks are playing a bunch of games with the teams right above and right below the Knicks in the standings. Knicks are going to have to win a lot of those games.
Do the Knicks make a move to improve the rostet or do they ride it out? i would be shocked if they didnt make a move, not a blockbuster, but another incremental move like the Rose deal.
Does Frank somehow get into the rotation? Who does he take out? I know everyone wants him to take over for Bullock, the way Frank has been shooting i could see it..
KAT seems like a good dude & I feel absolutely terrible for what he's dealt with these past 12 months. I believe he's lost something like 7 family members-including his mother-to COVID. Isn't he from Jersey? Would be a homecoming of sorts too. He's also super young. He's just gotta up his defense significantly.
I’d rather go get Zack Obi. Knox. Elgrid and draft picks
If more depth at center is needed I’d love to see them get Bamba
For the record Drummond is the only one id want. Wouldnt hate cousins, but not thrilled. No interest in Blake, just didnt fit.

The Brooklyn Nets are believed to be leaders to sign six-time All-Star Blake Griffin, sources tell me and
@JLEdwardsIII
. Rival teams with interest are expecting Griffin to choose Nets as a title favorite for chance to win a championship.
The Sixers because they are big, play defense and have the better coach
The heat if they get healthy, they are athletic, have good defenders, Butler is clutch and they have a better coach..
I know they're at a point where they have to make a decision on Markkanen. Wonder if there's a trade there to get both of them.

Hard to believe he's available in a rebuilding type trade, honestly.
“Those conversations were great. … We always say, it’s always easy to jump on the other side with two, three other guys who are really good, but at the same time, that grass isn’t always greener,” Beal said. “We’ve seen that. History has shown that.”
The Wizards have given him some say on the roster
“That’s kinda unicorn-type shit,” he said. “Not many guys could say who they want on their team. Not many guys have the opportunity to have the team built around them. So, you can’t just overlook those things.”
I was listening to the cowherd show about a month ago and Joy Taylor made a great point, some players jist dont care about championships and their legacy, they are happy in the city they are in and dont want to leave
I believe he signed an extension last offseason, so im not sure when he is next eligible

But watch him run to Miami when he actually does get sick of it. And he will.

She is right, of course. If he's happy there then bless him. Ray Allen didn't start chasing rings until his mid-30s either.
I dont see how he helps them

Per Shams, it looks like Blake will sign with the Nets.

I think Blake is all but done so I don't think this is a major add, but the Nets...it's championship or bust with this group.

They need bigs, but they need defenders, athletic wings..
Yeah Harden has been fantastic and Irving is better when he just has to go out and score..
I dont know what they can do trade wise but maybe add 1 more on the buyout market
