Judge and his coaches seemed to have sealed the deal

The Bears apparently were making a strong push but KG clicked with our staff and couldn’t say no to us.

After watching the schemes and preparation last year and now hearing that our coaches are impressing big time free agents to the point they want to be here, it’s clear Judge has built an awesome staff. It’s one of the most underrated aspects of judging a head coach as it’s not easy based on supply/demand, turnover, budget, etc. but he’s nailed it.

Another thing it seems he’s already doing is preparing for life without Graham and Garrett, rotating and exposing his guys to new and different responsibilities and when he does need to hire from the outside he’s more thorough than any recent head coach we’ve had that I can remember.
