Yeah, if he's not going to be an NBA head coach this is probably next best, and maybe even better - some college coaches in all sports really settle in and have something like tenure.
I hope he succeeds in Bloomington; the Hoosiers haven't been good for awhile. College hoops is best when the blue bloods are good, i.e. Kansas, UCLA, Duke, UK, Carolina, Indiana, etc.
Was a good coach for the Knicks in both stints. Happy for the guy and I hope he succeeds at IU. He has a ton of connections across the hoops landscape. I could see him doing well - don’t understand all the hate it’s getting.
