So, this is more of a complaint thread than anything else. How is there no contact information for anyone on the Giants website anymore? I realize most places bury their contact info so they're not being email bombed by bots and annoying fans and all that, but what about legitimate inquiries?
I noticed that the Big Blue Kickoff Live podcast is no longer on Google Podcasts (where I have my subscriptions) and I am trying to contact someone to let them know. I tweeted John Schmeelk but didn't hear back from him about it. The links on the Giants site doesn't work and I was just looking for a way to let them know.
That's all. Just venting.

Eric I think you've been unknowingly drafted into service as the Giants customer service department LOL
You can tell him. We’re all pals here.
They could set up an ombudsman email address and hire a couple of interns to sort through it. There's no excuse not to do this.

would get if they published contact info on their website? I'm pretty sure other teams don't do it either.

Exactly this.
Just because you're going to get a ton of email that's irrelevant doesn't mean that there should be no avenue to contact someone with a legitimate inquiry. I know that it's designed that way on purpose, I still want to complain about it.
I know social media provides more ways to interact than ever, but I still don't think someone should have to go to twitter to say that something on the website doesn't work.
It would be funny to see what this lot would do to Gettleman’s email inbox in a typical day.
