DJ & DeChambeau are the two Vegas favorites, with Spieth, Justin Thomas, & Jon Rahm rounding out the top five.
I'm rooting for Jordan. I've always liked him & he's coming off a win at the Texas Open so he's got some good mojo going. Also, it'd be a nice redemption story after his '16 collapse at Augusta. If not Spieth, go Rahm! He just had a kid so that'd be cool too. Just no Patrick Reed...screw that dude.
One of my favorite events of the year.
Matthew Fitzpatrick has made every cut since 2016 and has been playing strong golf lately
I have Rahm, Finau, Scheffler, Spieth, Conners and Day.
Rahm just feels like one of those stories we'll hear about for years with his wife just having his first child. He's my pick to win.
John Rahm is another of my favorites. Would absolutely love to see him pull it off, but I think he's too emotional. Those greens will destroy you if you're not focused.
I don't think Dechambeau has the total game to get it done. It's more than just bombing it. He'll be in top 10 probably, but I hope he's not slipping on the green jacket this year. I like the fact that he's scientific about it, but I just find myself rooting against him. Dude puts a ton of work in though.
Maybe Sergio gets his second masters victory. He seems way more comfortable without Tiger in the field.
Hovland as a rooting interest (Norwegian roots). He did pretty well as an amateur 2 years ago, his tee to green game is as good as any, but his short game isn't quite there yet
He's got "it" to have won at an early age....I wouldn't be surprised if he did really well this week.
Had Koepka not hurt the knee again I'd have him behind Thomas and those hills will hurt him. (but look out if he is within two on Sunday)
Love Spieth and he has been getting better every week since February.
Love Rahm, but worry about his temperament with the freaky fast greens and undulations.
Shot shapers with power have an advantage, do not discount Bubba Watson as a dark horse.
Do not kid yourself that DeChambeau doesn't have the short game for Augusta. He absolutely does.
My Guess(in order):
Thomas
Johnson
DeChambeau
Morikawa
Westwood
Casey
Spieth
Nah, don't see it. I think Lefty is done winning majors.
He can make some money on the 'Champions' Tour.
Who do you guys think that favors? I’m a casual golf fan, mostly tune in for majors, but as much as it’s cool to see guys like DeChambeau hit bombs, I enjoy tourneys when shot making, accuracy and putting carry the day
Phil Mickelson did it in 2006. And of course you're forgetting Ralph Guldahl in 1939! :)
Four overall... Sandy Lyle in 1988 and Art Wall Jr in 1959.

Augusta National is finally playing tough for the first time in a while and it's good to see
