Another asst coach added ...total of 3 announced.

Blount and Callaway were previously discussed but I think Ryan Anderson is a new name ... Coached Zach Cunningham at Vanderbilt and has a Masters in Education. I guess you can’t have enough teachers... and all are fairly young guys who should relate well to the players.

I attended Elon a number of years back.

We've got so many farking coaches now that we're duplicating players' names. I mean seriously, what's going on? Just don't like it.
Hire an army of coaches... I don't care

I want to see the team improve, measured in wins & losses.

But it does seems like he meant what he said regarding promoting from within. He's building a pipeline of coaching talent in-house, and he'll promote the most deserving not just who's left in the building after others get offers.
The best part of adding so many coaches

Is that players will receive more individual time with the coaches. Several of these young coaches appear promising and may end up with a much larger role in the future as others leave or are promoted.
I wonder

if they fired Bobby Blick. He is no longer showing up on the coaching roster.

years ago. He said that he learned more in one season
with his new team than he did in three years with the Giants (It was pre-Parcells).
This trend is very encouraging.

but PLEASE make it translate to wins. Sick of all this losing over the past decade.

I believe Leonard Williams said the same thing in one of the interviews he did after he was signed the new contract.
I'm reminded of Dylan's lyrics (at least as applied to me) -

I suspect this is a part of the reason. Judge saw all the coaches that every year left New England and wants to be ready for when Graham and Garrett do leave. He is also going after youngish teaching types that can reach the players.
Hope he is right.
