One thing i do like to do, and maybe you would interested in this, is I compare PFF to PFN, if I can get the same player in the same round using each mock sim then I feel it is a least a little more realistic.
an OL from N. Dakota St, what was your opinion on the Ol from Samoa St, or more recently, from Hobart College??
Senior Bowl week VERY telling.
Has it occurred to you that "the NDSU T" was just a way to reference that player and not necessarily the reason why he was opposed to that pick?
Would you prefer if he said, as I might, no thanks to Radunz since he's light for the position and may struggle to add enough weight to be a viable NFL OT?
I cannot imagine a scenario where Jamin Davis makes it to our 2nd round pick let alone our 3rd.
The problem with these simulators is that each site has its own rankings. PFF doesn't have Davis that high. Other sites have him much, much higher. So if you believe the other sites, the PFF sim looks off. If you believe PFF, then the other sites look wrong.
It would be kind of interesting to find 32 different big boards online, assign each one to a team, then do a mock draft. The result would be WILDLY unpredictable for a person looking at just one board— much like the real draft.
