Judging by the type of player Giants have gone for at OG
Meaning both Hernendez and Lemieux. What did the Giants envision when they selected them? Does that give us a clue to the type of OG they will select in rd. 2 , 3 , or 4 of this draft?
I think they will look for that mean, nasty ,block you to the whistle, always looking for work type player.
Even Thomas at LT was probably the top run blocker of the 4 in terms of consistency and mean streak.
Slater may not be that type . Teven Jenkins definitely. Leatherwood not so much. Creed Humphrey, Wyatt Davis probably moreso.
Who else fits this criteria in this class?
Well, I agree on Eric Hermann, but he did play for the Ohio Bobcats. I am pretty sure someone like Teven Jenkins is more likely the real deal.

Love Davis. He loves to run people out of the play.
I’m not high on him. He’s coming off an ankle injury and isn’t good in pass protection from what I’ve read; similar skill set to Lemieux.
Definitely physical, but man I personally find him to be overrated. I see his balance and anchor all over the place and is slow to react to double moves. Honestly I see a lot of Hernandez in him. Hope I'm wrong.
