Looks like they’re recently updated their big board to top 300. And a nice overview of Giants draft position in Colin’s “Giants Report” updated two days ago.
The whole idea of a CB at 11 is absurd. Might be the worst use of draft capital I can remember. And then two more picks on D. Stupid isn’t too strong a word.
Farley back injuries pushed him down passed the 2 mentioned. Horn is a perfect Graham fit. Surtain like I’ve been saying is a cover 3 corner.
I disagree about Surtain, but I think Horn will be better in right scheme, which he fits Graham's to a tee. Lots of zone and press man. He isn't good at off man, but how much off man is he going to play, guy is a sub 4.4 guy and it shows on the field.

BTW, Colin's thought-piece on who the Giants may select is excellent! His view is that the following 4 players will be on the Board when Dallas is on the clock, meaning three of these guys will still be there when we pick:
I managed my way through a week in Paris knowing only one phrase - Donnez moi un biere.
and then there was shortly after - Donnez moi un autre Biere si vous plait.
And just because one cannot subsist on biere alone I would occasionally manage a - Donnez moi un jambone sandwiche si vous plait avec un autre biere
It was a good week. Zut alors!
Interesting and very funny. I survived (loved it) a week in Paris last February (right before the lockdowns) with zero French language skills. I LOVED it. Paris has so many things to see and do and the food is awesome.
Horn is a good CB, but that pick reminds me of the Eli Apple pick! Also, I do not think Giants go DT in round 3, but would love to see Meinerz picked there, instead of going to the Eagles!
RE: yeah -- it's not the year to pick a DT in the 2nd or 3rd round
I definitely see a WR being picked by the Giants in an early round
Yeah all the people that wanted us to sign Dalvin and LW I didn't understand at all. You always pay a premium for second contracts and with how deep and versatile our dline is, not sure why people think that's a good idea. BJ Hill is a solid player in a contract year. And drafting one? It would be one thing if the position group was strong this year, but it isn't. So push that to 2022. Sy breaks this down as well in his interior DL report. Honestly, I think it's one positive sign this team is finally heading in right direction. We are able to let guys walk by choice, not because we can't afford it, or it would leave a giant gaping hole.
The only good pick was the CB. And they got it wrong. Dallas is going to pick Horn.
Dallas is going safety or defensive tackle in their next two picks, not defensive end and offensive tackle.
The only offensive tackle I have heard associated with Dallas outside of round 1 is Walker Little, and he will be long gone by the time Dallas looks at OL.
My first three would be Horn, McNeill, and then a safety, Holland, Grant, Johnson. That would be a good start to the draft.
Lets use the 11th pick on a third CB to maybe be a back up slot corner. Idiotic pick. It has to be Waddle/Smith here if they are not both gone. You need to outscore the other team to win, remember ?

It will cost me the drywall behind the TV, because I'll throw something a lot heavier than the remote.
At least one of Bradberry and Jackson are pribably 2 more years out from getting cut, skills depreciating or contract expiring. Part of me wants to extend Bradberry, but wait till the end of this year to see what he looks like. As of now, he is done after '22. Having a guy on a rookie deal to step in and fill that role sounds damned good to me than shopping for a high priced position.
Basham is a player I like a lot. He seems like a versatile EDGE that could thrive in Graham's D.
Where I get lost is no OG and no WR. Those should be our 3rd and 4th round targets as we should be able to get a good one of each in both rounds.

The Giants will have many choices at #11. I would think OG would be more important than OT at this point.
Redskins front 7 gets even better.
Giants and Eagles, meh.
Incroyable!!!!!

I do not believe that for a minute.

My own personal preference... either Waddle or Slater.
Very well thoughtout

I was just about to. I'd really be surprised with a RB at #12

Would the Eagles take Travis E in the first, with Miles Sanders? Anyone said anything about that, so far?

Saw that as well. That would be a real head scratcher. Hopefully the Eagles F up this draft though.
