Who is your potential party crasher in the top 10 or 12?

Milton : 4/14/2021 6:26 am
The guy who hasn't sniffed the top dozen picks by any draftnik, but surprises on draft day. For me, it's Kadarius Toney. I have a feeling he's a row or two higher on some NFL boards than teams are letting on. Is Waddle really any better than Toney or is it simply the fact that one played for Alabama and the other for Florida?
I can see a team falling in love

with Oweh or Jaelan Phillips. Just hope its not the Giants. At least not at 11 anyway.

Jaycee Horn

Wouldn't surprise me if he goes top ten.
How about Travis Etienne?
mittenedman : 4/14/2021 7:52 am : link
Rumors are, his floor is #19 to MIA.

78 total TDs in college. A more explosive version of Gallman. I think Barkley's going to be worked back slowly, too.
It's a great question Milton

Remember Clelin Ferrell 2 years ago? Who had him going in the top 10?

I think Toney is a good guess. Jaycee Horn, although he wouldn't be total surprise. Maybe Teven Jenkins?
Horn

The difference between Toney and Waddle is what they do before they get the ball. Toney doesnt have the polish on his routes.

Its not a big gap but there is a gap.

Someone might love his versatility and upside.
I don't think

Tevin Jenkins is getting the love he deserves. Everyone talks about his toughness/meanness but he is highly skilled. Could easily see him going top 10
I realize some people think it’s a big no no to take a RB early but a

smart team might just realize that Najee Harris was the best player at Alabama last year and the guy that really made the team go.

He’s 6’2; 230 and averaged 6 yds per carry. He caught 43 passes last year and scored FIFTY TDs over the past 2 years against the best competition in the country.
You Ask: Is Waddle really any better than Toney...

Well, Pitts played for Florida (not Alabama) and he'll be drafted before both of them, so I'd say "no".
Parsons

I know I'm not going out on a limb but I don't really see a Ferrell like shocker this year. I think Parsons goes comfortably before our pick and before guys that many assume we don't have a shot at.

teams become desperate for them and don't want to go the expensive free agency route...
It Has Sort Of Happened Already

Early on, Mac Jones was going to be a late first rounder.

Now he might go 3rd or even 2nd overall.

Agreed. He could easily be the first corner taken.
1. Jaycee Horn a few teams have him as CB1
Judge_and_Jury : 4/14/2021 10:09 am : link
2. An Edge/DE because they are historically overdrafted. Kwity Paye or Jalean Phillips (if a team isn't worried about the concussions)

3. Teven Jenkins/ Darrisaw best feet of all the guys in the draft (but a touch soft)

Najee is a good one too.

I like the player a lot but I think that he may be our pick at 11 and that seems a little early for me. I'd prefer Parsons and would think that the value is in line at 11.

Vera-Tucker might go before Slater
2 Guys come to mind

are Vera-Tucker and Darrisaw.

Quality NFL OL talent is extremely valuable.

Between Cincy, Miami, Detroit, Carolina, Denver, and Dallas...I can't think of a single team that is set on the Oline.
Maybe....

Koramoah. He's a really good player who could be available for someone at #12.

To me Horn isn't a party crasher. He is right there as a legit top 10 prospect and the Cowboys or someone else like the Broncos could easily prefer him to Surtain. I think the grade is right there.

Najee Harris/Etienne are two good calls. I'd also submit Olujari, Moehrig, and even Darrisaw.
