I don’t think that’s the case here. His market last off season wasn’t what he thought it would be and settled for a 1 year price it deal. He didn’t prove it. So it’s onto try #2. His goal is a fat guarantee.

He was never as good as Suh and Suh is doing it because he’s pushing 35 and isn’t getting long term offers anymore.

I believe the Giants now have (11) 1st round picks on the roster. FWIW
