He played very well for the Raiders during his rookie season. He's cheap and talented might as well bring him to camp as long as his health is not a factor.
... so Hurst would have remained a backup, same as he was behind Malik Collins. By most accounts, though, he was quality depth, and did ok when Collins was hurt. Not sure why they would give that up in April, for nothing.
Maybe Hurst will land in New England. With the liberalized rules, they could try to give him his dad’s number. Damien Harris has it currently.

Yea both Hurst and Key are worth a look IMO. Hurst would have a great shot at winning a backup spot over McIntosh.
