Allergies....anybody else dealing with the sneezing, sore throat watery eyes?
Every time I sneeze people think it is the other reason

for me. Had it bad for a couple days two weeks back, but 1.5 days of these had me back in tip top. Flonase and Claritin don't work as well for me - YMMV.

Hit the Claritin-D when symptoms still pop through...you'll be good

also rinse your hair out at some point before you go to bed. if not the pollen that your hair filters out of the air gets ground into your pillow.

And, I'm going to try that elderberry recommendation.

claritin if it does get bad. Benadryl, even children's benadryl at the smallest doses, for some reason makes me nauseous and super-drowsy for like 2 days straight. Can't take the stuff.

And Allegra for me. I have found in the past if I take Zyrtec for too long, it stops working so I have to change it up to Allegra. Also use a good nasal spray or Neti pot. I used to do that but got annoyed at times with the salt water.

Now is not the time to have allergies.

funny you say that. Friend of mine thought he had allergies and it turns out he had Covid.
