Well, since watching the offense is like watching paint dry, I just looked this up.

In 150 innings on offense, the Met's have scored more than two runs a total of three times....I did not make this up.

They've scored four runs once this year, their biggest inning.

They's scored in 34 of 150 innings.

Fortunate that the rest of the division looks lost, thought Braves are turning it around. If we can stay close to Atlanta til Thor, Lugo and Carrasco return, we should be OK. Sure would be nice to start getting some clutch hits, tho.

I think Conforto is out of it.

McNeil is the one that concerns me most. He can't hit the high fastball and he can't lay off it. That's a bad combo. And the pitchers know this.

That's usually my qualifier.

But.. it's kind of frustrating to see Trout, Acuna, Tatis, Guerrero, Harper just dominate while our superstar who is supposed to be on that level has been absolutely terrible..
