Jesse Marsch will become our new head coach from the 2021/22 season!
He takes over from Julian #Nagelsmann, who is joining #FCBayern.
On a side note - Red Bull has been good to American soccer. RBNY has been good at cultivating talent too.
Don't forget about Dest at Barcelona. If you add in Weah who's doing well in France, there is a young USMNT player doing well in the 5 major European leagues.
As for Marsch. Good for him, sucks that he had to leave RBNY midseason as I thought they would have had a chance to win it all with him, but this is what he had in mind and he couldn't pass it up. Maybe he'll pave the way for more American born and raised coaches to get more respect over there
It will be more impressive if/when Marsch takes over a top-10 EPL club, or Inter, AC, Paris...

RB Leipzig is the second place team in the Bundesliga, and kind of with a bullet if you consider the fact that they're like a start-up compared to other Bundesliga clubs (which all hate Leipzig for being a corporate-owned, deep pocketed club). So, yeah, it's not a top 10 team in Europe but it's a Champions League team. So I think you're being a bit dismissive. It's definitely impressive for Marsch, and he's still relatively young.

No, not really. While Bayern is most often the best in the Bundesliga, Borussia Dortmund and, more recently, RB Leipzig have done very well in the Champions League. A top 3 Bundesliga club is usually stronger than 5-10 in the EPL. RBL beat Tottenham handily in last year's CL. And you have to start somewhere. He's not jumping from the MLS, to Austria, to a top 5 club in the world.
