Big Blue gets the Dolphins 3rd round pick. Eagles get the Dolphins 1st round pick.
Would you be happy getting the 65th pick in the draft if it meant the Eagles getting the 1st overall pick?
How disappointed would you be with the 95th overall if it meant the Eagles got the 31st overall?
Should we be worried enough about the Eagles that it affects our own rooting interests?
Do we need to consult the trade chart to know the ideal spot for the Miami draft picks?
Does it matter one iota whether we're rooting for or against the Dolphins?

Dolphins aren’t going to suck next year.
Bigger picture: The Pats are trying to get back on top but their division is no longer 6 guaranteed wins. The Bills are good, the Dophins are on the upswing. The Jets are going to have to go through rookie-QB struggles but may have a plan to return to competitiveness. That division is probably going to be a slugfest for the next 5 years.
Just kidding, essentially theyre going to be in the same boat as us: either their QB pans out and they have premium picks to fill out the roster or they package those picks to snag a QB they like.

Pretty sure the Gettleman turns the dolphins 3rd into an extra 2023 first and second.

I wouldnt say theyre going to suck but stop me when this sounds familiar: plenty of weapons, really good defense, but uneven QB play leaves the whole thing up in the air. Probably middle of the first round. That extra wild card could be a huge help.

Nah, I want them to have the #2 overall pick based on their record. I want the Bears to finish with the worst record so we get the #1 overall pick.
