I am hopefully this 35 year old coach can incorporate some new ideas to the giants stagnate offense.
Analytics shows that it is advantageous to run out of passing formations and throw out of typical running formations. This antithetical approach creates match nightmares for defense and causes many corners to make tackles on running backs.
This could be a yardage windfall for Saquon Barkley if the receivers give him good blocking. Especially if Kadarius Toney is constantly put in motion to distract or misdirect the defense.

I wonder if NY has other plans after this year...assuming we have a successful offensive year? Guys like him you want to keep....No offense meant to Garrett,....
Besides, if it does work, the concept will be adopted and he won’t be needed anyway.
If it fails, he won’t be here long.
Bottom line: he’s a rental either way.

I disagree. Garrett may move on. Either back to Head Coach or up to a Front Office position. Callaway could move into an Offensive Coordinator slot. Judge thinks long term and he may very well be thinking of Graham and Callaway as his long term strategy. Mara may be willing to put up the necessary cash to keep them if the results are there.
