And I cant remember ever watching 2 games in the 1st week of May with more juice ever. Not just noise, but literally every pitch like a playoff game, and with only about 10,000 I'm the stands! Congrats to anyone who was there the past 2 nights.
They are keeping the ball at the bottom of the zone or sliders outside and low and on occasion up and in with the FB. He is unable to get to the low ball. He pulls off the ball and his bat is at about a 45 deg angle from the bat tip toward his shoulders. Very little bat is in the balls path.
and presumably hitting in the 4th spot should help Judge get better pitches to hit too. Stanton moving to the 2 spot and having Judge protection behind him I think has contributed to this run he's on. Judge could use some protection behind him too now. He's not getting much to hit outside of maybe a first pitch take and he's extending the strike zone a bit too much. It happens, not too concerned.
