aside from the NFL dragging it out with crap/fluff, the annoying Goodell chair and the constant covid crap (enough, already!), the NFL network's coverage was not bad. I used to switch back n forth w/ espn. I didn't at all this year.
Night 1 w/ Rich Eisen, Charles Davis, David Shaw and DJ was good. Intelligent football insight with a dose of humor. So glad there was no Irvin, Sapp or other low clue loud mouths to annoy me.
and he is excellent here. Thanks for posting - good stuff. Joe Judge is drafting players and not projects. Has a specific role in mind for each pick I am sure. Onward and upward !

Yeah, that was good. Looking forward to the season!

I stopped watching NFLN for the draft because I found Irvin and Sapp unlistenable. Even Booger actually seemed more intelligent when discussing the draft. Good to know for future years.
I think Jeremiah did a good job this year versus the other guys
covering the draft. He is just comfortable talking about prospects without giving too much hype and glitz.
On this session regarding the Giants he did the same, practical and no-nonsense stuff. He also did a call out to Jets at beginning of video on Michael Carter pick who I really wish had become a NYG last weekend too.
take on the Giants draft is the same across the different platforms. For example, a different analyst, Matt Waldman, gave a positive review of the Daniel Jones pick in the interview by Giants.com. While flaming the pick on his podcast and repeating the false narrative that Gettleman decided on Jones solely based on video of Senior Bowl practices.
Analysis. I have noticed, however, that he doesnt seem to say many bad things about prospects. Seems disingenuous. There has been plenty of things said about Oju's game aside from the knee injury, but DJ doesnt seem to talk about them much. I dunno, I guess I am skeptical whenever an analyst is overly positive, I think of Rosenhaus (I know he's an agent) talking McGahee up.

It doesnt seem like that. I havent seen a DJ presentation on how the Giants fucked up.
I will say, I am becoming concerned with just how many reports are com8ng out about the problems with Toney's routes. At first I thought they coyld work around it but now Im not as confident.

These are easily correctable issues... easily.
Also multiple reports just means that multiple people are repeating the exact same thing.
He's a Dallas homer? That's news to me. He's pretty impartial, IMO, even though he does Chargers games.
I don't know about the Dallas homer part but Jeremiah is probably the best draft analyst on television.
Honestly would have never known if you hadn't mentioned it. Definitely keeps it impartial, big fan of his work.

I found that it didn't always sync with what was actually discussed.

Nothing to see here.
