I was just commenting that many posters won't care about this signing since they believe the Eagles are trash. My view is that the Eagles will surprise many people on offense given Andre Dillard is back at OT and Landon Dickerson will slot in between Dillard and Kelce in what will be one of the best OL's in football. And their starting WRs and RBs are now as strong as any team in the league. I think their defense is suspect, but Cox, Graham and Slay are still some of the best defensive players in the league.

Dickerson is a serious risk.
They do have a good OL. But they don't have a good WR group outside of DeVonta.
Slay seriously regressed last season and is on the wrong side of 30. They have a QB that lost his job at Alabama.
They have some talent, but they are far from a good team.

Anyway, Johnson is worth the $1.3MM if he can stay on the field. The risk in claiming him is that he lands on IR before doing much of anything.
