So, as a reverse of the You be the DC thread, how would you attack our defense, working on an everyone is healthy assumption?
You can use our offense or another offense provided we're facing them in 2021.

The Giants are a bit of an enigma schematically going into 2021. Patrick Graham clearly went into last year wanting to run a man/pressure heavy defense, but very quickly realized his CB2/3 spots were going to get them killed.
He revamped the defense early on to be a Cover 3 heavy scheme that disguised coverage drops and rushes. It was pretty magical to watch them transform.
Based on their draft we may see more cover 1, single high looks with man across the board. They have the players to do either depending on the opponent, but my bet is we see a lot more man this year.
They were also a bit more susceptible to big running plays, and were on the field A LOT in 2020. I test those young OLBS and edge players early on if I'm playing them.
Nice contribution...on nothing to do with the thread.

But well said.

That’s pretty much what I was going to suggest. Anderson and (maybe) Odenigbo should set the edge a bit better than last year’s crew, though Fackrell was better than expected when healthy and Sheard was OK for a street FA. I still hold out some hope for Carter and Ximines. I expect nothing from Smith this year, and not much from Ojulari either; but maybe Cam Brown or Carter Coughlin will step up in year two.
I also agree that our safeties and any ILB not named Martinez have a lot to prove. I’m going after them until they give me a reason not to.
Giants secondary is DEEP though. I don’t know if I would want to bet my WR corps is deeper than their DB room.
I agree mobile QBs could be our Achilles heel though— our LBs need to be able to keep good contain and we need effectively rush the passer.
I think Olujari is the X factor. I could see us being pretty good against the run and getting into a lot of 3rd and 6 or 7 situations, and I like the chance our DBs give us in those situations, but we NEED to be able to take advantage and actually get to the QB, and not only get to the QB but wrap up and not allow a missed sack to turn into a 10 yard run or 20 yard completion. LW and Lawrence can push the pocket and get a Mobile QB to have to scramble a bit, and I think our DBs can stay with their man, but only for so long. Whether it’s Carter, Olujari, Martinez — our LBs need to be in the right position to keep contain on the QB and get the sack or at least force a bad throw.
Weakest area of the defense, without question.
