NGT- Former QB Colt Brennan has died at the age of 37

and his death apparently happened while at a Rehab Facility in California. They didn't say if it was a physical Rehab or drug/alcohol rehab facility.

Jerry Garcia died from the shock to his system from having no heroin in his system by checking himself intp rehab.

I believe Brennan had signicant drug issues as well.

I'm surprised we don't hear more about ex NFL players with pain pill addiction. I wouldn't be surprised at all that it's more common than we think.

In 2012 for both a DUI and felony drug possession. So, yeah.

people dying because of the lifestyle and all of the drugs. Street drugs, prescription drugs and PED's. Now it's the NFL.

my older brother was friendly with him. He got in a bad car accident in Hawaii and hit his head bad. Guys would see him at Mater Dei Thanksgiving practice and said he looked homeless.

Very sad. RIP

I am so glad I survived the 1980s bar tending in ft lauderdale/ pompono beach area. Pretty easy to figure out what was going on their and I partakes quiet heavily, be fricking retired by now with all the cash I burned thru
Luckily, no long term effects

Same here, I was bartending in NYC on the Upper east side in the 80's I was lucky to get out with my life in 1988.

That 12-1 Hawaii team was one of my favorites. Davone Bess was a stud, played in the league for awhile too.
