Spencer Tracy & Katherine Hepburn? William Powell & Myrna Loy? John Wayne & Maureen O'Hara? Humphrey Bogart & Lauren Bacall? Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers?
Feel free to name any I haven't mentioned, as long as they appeared in more than one movie together.
Only one movie though, so far as I know.
The other entries above all great too.
Specifically To Have and Have Not -- "You know how to whistle, don't you Steve?"
Robert Redford and Katharine Ross in Butch and Sundance.
'A Fish Called Wanda' with Jamie Lee Curtis and John Cleese, Kevin Kline and Michael Palin....she really spread it around in that film!
'Shakespeare in Love' with Gwyneth Paltrow and Joe Fiennes. Gwyneth should have won an award for Best Tits.

'You've Got Mail' is one of my favorite romcoms.

Sleepless in Seattle, Joe versus the Volcano and You’ve got Mail. All good.

Did you know it’s a modern adaptation of a play and a musical? Respectively, Shop Around the Corner and She Loves Me. Both are very good. Especially the musical.
What was the plot of that movie they were in again? I forget...
For TV, beyond the obvious Lucy and Ricky, Dick Van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore were terrific together, and I’d even put Carol Burnett and Harvey Korman on the list.
but Roberts can't even walk in high heels!
Eugene Levy and Catherine O’Hara as Mitch and Mickey in A Mighty Wind
J Stewart and G Kelly in Rear window

But Peter North and Jenna Jamison.

You know, the typical pizza guy meets lonely housewife story.
To me Sleepless was a pale rehash of the much better When Harry Met Sally adding the big vs small bookseller background stuff that isn’t tres romantic.
I’ll add Daphne Zuniga and John Cusack in The Sure Thing.
But Bogie and Bacall had chemistry and heat, so they get my nod.
One pair that hasn't yet been mentioned is Fred McMurray and Barbara Stanwyck in Double Indemnity. Then again, at the end they both wanted to kill one another. But upon further reflection, that love/hate dynamic describes many intense romantic relationships.

I like the part when they stop to walk around a park and she bends all the way over to stretch after getting out of the car and he sneaks a peek at her ass and quickly looks away trying to be a gentleman about it lol
Marisa Tomei and Joe Pesci

Hmm, I thought it may have been cable guy comes over to fix her cable, but maybe I’m thinking of another movie:)
Colin Firth and the Portuguese waitress in Love Actually.
Uma Thurman and David Carradine in Kill Bill2
George Clooney and Jennifer Lopez in her first film. All down hill after that.
Jon Snow and Rose Leslie in GOT
Jacqueline Bisset and Nick Nolte in The Deep.
Jeff Bridges and Rachel Ward in Against all
Jolie and Pitt in Mr and Mrs Smith.
Gong Li and Colin Farrell in Miami Heat.
Joan Severance and Kevin Spacey in Witness. ( Joan Severance and anyone).
But also Pesci Tomei.
The contrast is wonderful.
"Of all of the Alabama courtrooms in all of the mudholes in all of the world, she walks into mine."
"We will always have Birmingham."
That horse racing conversation was on fire. It’s amazing the censors at the time allowed that.
Also, Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell in His Girl Friday.
And of course, Jack Lemmon as Daphne and Joe E Brown as Osgood Fielding III in Some Like It Hot.
“Nobody’s perfect.”
