It is being reported by Empire Sports Media that the Knicks are one of the teams interested in Pacers C Myles Turner.
This would make some sense as Turner is a rim protector and an offensive threat. The lack of Gibson/Noel being an offensive threat was definitely a detriment in the Hawks series. Of course, the cost could be prohibitive as Indiana is tough to deal with.

BTW, anyone read that Zion piece yesterday on The Athletic? Apparently his friends & family aren't exactly thrilled with what's going on in NOLA. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out. Sooner or later, one of these young studs is going to say 'Fuck it. I'm not signing the supermax. I'm hitting FA.' Could it be Zion? And if so, remember all the kind words-seemingly 100% earnest too-he had about playing at The Garden. Let me dream on this beautiful summer night on my porch...
If his family is saying it, it is really hin saying it, he is not going to come out and say that, he uses his family..
Nktice not a peepe from him denying it..
3 coaches in 3 years, mismatched roster and one of hsi favorite players to play with will probabky not be on the team
Throw in that the Pels might be the 25th most loved sports team in LA...Haha. I love NOLA, but that is a terrible NBA market. That is a Saints town. And to be honest, LSU Tigers town/state.
Love it.
I know this was a randomly amazing night from Mann, but honestly Reggie Jackson has been impressive as hell this postseason— I think he’s a legit offensive threat.
Have to admit I’m happy to know that either Paul George or CP3 will get to a 1st ever trip to the NBA Finals. A lot of negative talk about both those guys for their entire careers, written off numerous times and they’ve both persevered and answered the call of adversity.
I give Paul George a ton of credit for taking on the role as lead dog the last 2 games— he’s clearly matured as a player over the course of his career and I honestly don’t know if he would’ve ever been prepared for this challenge until this exact moment in his career. Btw people do seem to forget he took the Miami Big 3 to the brink— went 7 games in the ECF when he was the only all star on the team that year (2013).
I also particularly credit Chris Paul for never attempting to form a super team or team up with 2-3 other superstars just to get a ring, despite the fact he’s good friends with a lot of the superstars including Lebron.
I like both guys and both teams— looking forward to a great series.
It’s awesome because to me the Suns looked like the most confident team in the entire playoffs coming out of that sweep of Denver... but then what the Clippers just did tonight? Shoot 74% from 3 in the 2nd half, come back from down 25 to clinch a series on their home court and bring the Clippers to their first ever conference finals? They look like a freight train coming off that court with all that momentum and confidence. This is one of the few times I could see momentum literally carrying over all the way from clinching this series right into Game 1 of a brand new series. But teams gonna be hugely confident, although the Suns maybe a little less so just for the 1st game being that they won’t have Chris Paul.
Lue deserves a lot of credit for that.
Any wonder why we suck?
He’s my dream Knicks target. Would be perfect here.
Any wonder why we suck?
Yes because terrence mann was going to change everything..
We need to stockpile these players. True, the 3 draft picks may play a combined 12 minutes a game under Thibs next year, but you get what you got in the playoffs when the veteran scrubs long on grit but short on talent get exposed. We are going to be a perennial 4-5th seed unless we luck into a star or 2. If we don’t, this past year would’ve been for naught, the excitement aside.
was it mann and the 1st or was it mann and a future 2nd?

was also offered as a throw in in the Morris deal and we said no.

I'm pretty sure it was Mann and Kabengele and a 2nd or the 1st.

Embiid is constantly unclutch and don't even start on Ben Simmons. What does he do well excactly?
Against the Knicks it's understandable that they won. Against the Sixers with Joel Embiid? The Sixers lost a series they should have won in five games. They lost three times at home to a team with Trae Young as its best player, and in Game 7 Trae Young played poorly no less
Heurter from the famous Shenendehowa High School has a monster game. Happy for him - despite the fact that I'm far from a fan.

No kidding. Easy money straight to my account. Good lord. Woke up this morning, saw that and was like - Happy Father's Day, B.

are still sleeping on this Hawks team. They're gelling at the right time.

Trae's a bonafide superstar. They're also really deep, although the Hunter injury is a major blow. They have a lot of shooters, some interior defense. I think they're still being underrated and will probably take the Bucks to 6 at least.

Well Giannis is going to go from major underdog against the Nets to prohibitive favorite again in a series. We'll see how that goes. The Bucks have all the pressure on them now in the Eastern Conference Final because they certainly have the better team
