Was successful mostly because of his players. Kitchens is in a tough position too but his record of success is not long and not deep. I am sure that there is a clear division of responsibility that Judge has given to each. Just hope that the whole is better than the sum of its parts. I think this arrangement can be successful, and if it is, Garrett will move on to a HC position. If it isn’t, Garrett probably will be moving on anyway.
