Whelp, that was a fun three games against the Jays. We don't do anything easy - although the last game was a solid win. Tonight we have Jameson Taillon vs former Yankee prospect James Kaprielian, who is having an excellent season. Oakland sports the 2nd best record in the AL along with the Devil Rays. I fear we're all going to need some shots of Jameson after Taillon shits himself. But you never know because, that's baseball, Suzyn.
Gleyber is back in there tonight, thankfully. And Gary sits. Love sitting your hottest hitter. Typical A-aron Poon move. Sweaty man-ass is playing 2nd again tonight.
Win.
Definitely agree with that. So many holes.
This game was a Cashman special. Kaprelian with some good stuff who Cashman traded away for Gray, Taillon who can't go more then 5 innings and has the 2nd shortest length for a starting pitcher in the AL, and Wandy " have you seen him pitch ? " Peralta blowing the game .
The sooner Cashman goes the better . He is going to make some awful trades trying to patch up the holes on the team and try to fight for a 2nd wilcard depleting an already barren farm system all under his watch even more
Aside from Judge, and he was one of three that year, who else has made the majors? How many Anthony Sieglers do we need? I put the chance of him making the majors at about -5%.

That's more on Damon Oppenheimer, the Director of Amateur Scouting for the Yanks...very overrated.
You really can't put that on Cashman.
By the way, how does Peralta let Tony Kemp beat you?
I don't know what the Yanks were excited about in acquiring
Peralta, I guess that he can eat innings?
signed an international free agent as a catcher.
No, not tofu.
Same Old Yankees
D.O. not being held responsible for the poor drafts is on Cashman. He’s literally produced 1-2 middling players each draft for years, dunno how he still has a job.

Cashman has been awful. Even in that year, could have gone with Buehler and Hayes instead of Kaprielian and Holder.

Sure it's on Cashman. It's his decision to keep Oppenheimer as The head honcho even though the Hit rate on First round picks and the overall production from the Amateur scouting is terrible.
It's all part of the lack of urgency throughout the organization because everyone feels unprecedented job security thank to Hal not giving a shit as long as he makes money
