Eli Manning discusses expectations for quarterback Daniel Jones in 2021 and much more from the Manning Passing Academy, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
Eli’s basic point was that switching coaching staffs is tough on a young QB. But Danny will now be coming to his second year with this staff and this offense and that should make a huge diffrrrnce
I wonder what it was about Shurmur’s system that was so much easier for Jones. Jones was the number two guy all offseason, and then stepped in and was so much more productive.

Could be something as simple as: Jones' rookie year he had a normal NFL off-season. His second year, he didn't. New HC, new staff, new offense, drastically curtailed teaching time.

"I was a sophomore, we had 7 on 7's and I had a lot of my high school kids playing. There was a little championship series and we won our division. So we played against the champions of the seniors and juniors. Peyton was the head coach. He played 2-man the whole time on defense because I had never seen 2-man as a sophomore in high school. I could not complete a pass and we lost and I was very mad at my brother."

I hope so. But that's a valid point.

HAHAHA! That is such a big bro move. I love that.
We did the UNC Mack Brown Camp and VT Camp this year instead.
