Carrasco expected to move to Syracuse and go at least 3 innings tomorrow night. Rojas claims it could be his last rehab start. Guess we’ll see. Stock pitching tomorrow. Mets rotation is in tatters with deGrom, Carrasco, Syndergaard, Peterson, Lucchesi, Yamamoto, and Oswalt out. We need Cookie in the worst way imaginable! LFGM!
MLB is suspending managers for arguing with an umpire? What a joke.

He made contact with umpire
It doesn’t say anything about the bumping of the umpire he did.
Rojas Suspension - ( New Window )
Suspension well worth it if the bats get going. Even without deGrom and Lindor, no one in NL East can hang with Mets if the offensive guys all play to the level that should.
OF Johneshwy Fargas has been designated for assignment.
RHP Stephen Nogosek has been selected from Triple-A Syracuse. He will wear #85.
LHP Anthony Banda has been selected from Triple-A Syracuse. He will wear #77.
RHP Corey Oswalt has been transferred to the 60-Day IL.
the "pitching and defense" approach on full display tonight.
Meh..these are routine plays...don't need a $300M player to do that
Lindor is a nice player.. griping Mets fans are those like me who was expecting an MVP candidate, superstar player like Tatis, Guerrero, Acuna... With reset expectations, he's just a foundational piece, not a Wright, Reyes level superstar and that's ok
Polar Bear waking from his first half hibernation
Conforto with the power stroke

Thank God. People underestimated how big of a deal it was missing Nimmo, JD, Conforto, and McNeil for such a long stretch.
We are finally seeing close to the real lineup. Even with Lindor out.
Looks like a football score
I thought the Reds were supposed to be good
There's 3 more innings and they just had a defacto bp game yesterday is my guess
Lugo and Diaz aren’t doing great lately either. You’d think they’d be refreshed after the all star break. If our pen is falling apart things are going to get really dicey.
Hopefully the bats still have some noise left.
Everyone did but the manager.
Defense has been a huge concern recently and it continues to cost them dearly.

You can’t put the winning run on base obviously. We don’t have good players. They’ve fought hard considering the injuries but realistically how will we hold off the phillies without an ace, our shortstop, a 4 or 5 starter and no closer? It’s just not realistic.
And Guillorme and his one RBI for the year can take a hike. The most unclutch player on this team.
