Any help appreciated. When we try to watch HBO Max it shows us a screen that requests that we download update to new app. We hit that button, it shows us an open app button. We hit that and it cycles back to original prompt to download new app update. We can't get out of this cycle, nor will it permit us to watch HBO Max as is. Don't know what to do! Any ideas?
