For his birthday, my wife plans on renting a theater for all of us to watch it.

about things you wish you hadn't thrown out or gotten rid of from years past - I was too embarrassed to post that, for me, all my old Ghostbusters gear came to mind. I had the firehouse and the figurines and the toy proton packs - it would be fun to just have them around or pass them down to someone.

As for the trailers, I've been pleasantly surprised. I'm not all that excited about the kids angle, but Carrie Coon, Paul Rudd and most of the Old Guard members should make up for that.

Go see Pig, it was great. Green Knight this Thursday getting fantastic reviews. Lots of stuff starting to come off the shelves with theaters back open.

Regarding Ghostbusters, neither trailer really gives any sort of "comedy" feel - that would be my one gripe.

It feels balanced between a little of the old, and a little of the new. Bringing back Annie Potts to connect them was a smart move.

I love how the world seems to have forgotten about the ghostbusters, and they get to re-create them with a modern feel.

I hope it doesn't turn out like the Force Awakens, a redressing of the original movie with new characters. This at least feels like it's a continuation of the series.

Up in the Air and Juno so I expect there do be darker/dry humor. I actually like the look and feel of this way more than I thought I would.

Seems a bit darker than its predecessors and they pay homage to Zuul and Gozar

I would possibly go TO a movie theater (if they still exist by then) to see this. It looks great!
