Dak Prescott has been sensational in training camp.Their are no restrictions on his play and so far he shows no lingering effects from his serious ankle injury.
I can't stand the Cowboys but I do like Dak and think he is one of the better QB's in the NFL. To think he was a fourth round pick( they wanted to draft Paxton Lynch) by the Cowboys drives me crazy.
We'll hear a lot of...
"best shape ever!"
"focused and healthy"
"game has slowed down"
"galvanizing" ...in whatever context
all that crap
First thing that popped into my head. If by sensational, the dude is healthy...good for him and Dallas.
Also, fuck the cowboys.
I'm not buying into anything until we see him swivel his hips in warmups. That's the true measure on if he's incredible or not!
On a serious note: Dak’s ankle injury was no joke and his recovery with no physical limitations is great news for Dak and the Cowboys.
No doubt he is the leader of that team.
(1) awful last year,
(2) with no pass rush (probably the best part of their defense last year),
(3) wearing a red jersey.
Great. I'm convinced.
Sheesh, that’s almost as riveting as Strahan’s ballin’
On the other hand, if they had drafted either of those two, they could have ended up being in a position to draft Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert or Trevor Lawrence.
Wherever he’s ranked, he’s made a believer out of me. I think he’s solid. We’ll see of course, how far he’s come back from surgery.

this point in training camp? I’m asking seriously with no smarm intended
Just a hype train I'd guess. Need to get the fans ready to spend their money.

I'm hoping to hear these things about Saquon! And for them to actually be true:)
Aren't descriptions of player performances on the list of off limits topics for the writers?

No worries there. According to a couple "outside thinkers", Jones will be lucky to not royally suck and be the worst QB in the league.

what Joe Judge does to the first beat writer who describes Daniel Jones play as sensational?

Do people even bother to read these “outside thinkers” any longer?
This makes money for the Jones family in team sales across the country.
