The current rumors are still the same. Knicks are trying to trade up. They are willing to part with both firsts. Their supposed targets are Davion Mitchell or Chris Duarte. I feel like a lot of rumors are started with agents using the Knicks as pawns because they have both draft picks and cap space so take a lot of these rumors with a grain of salt. Last year nobody saw the moves coming with respect to trades or us picking Quickley. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

Knicks are silent - but lot of folks around the league saying they're hearing from them ("Why, hello Wes..."). MSG is airing a draft night special at 10 p.m. where they will focus on ... Sexton? Duarte? Various Kentucky players?
Lebron always gets the best out of guys like that. In that situation, his attitude/work ethic wouldn't scare me one bit.
That's true he does-- and I'm sure he wouldn't have an issue with motivation in a situation like LA.
That said, I really don't mind the fit with Russ in LA. I think the same things were said about Kyrie, Harden, and KD all possibly having issues with sharing the ball. I think guys at that level of greatness just end up figuring it out.
Not to mention it's doubtful AD and Lebron play a full 82 games next year, so you need a guy who's capable of being a #1 option when one or both of those guys are out (otherwise they could wind up back in a play-in spot).
I also may be biased in general because I personally think all the stuff about Westbrook being a ball hog, bad teammate, "not a winner", etc. is overblown. Getting the record for triple-doubles also includes 10+ assists, which has to include passing the ball and guys actually making shots, which usually means you're doing something right to make your teammates succeed. Also he's always a guy to constantly push the pace which is an aspect that helps AD's game a lot.

I agree on the load management regular season stuff but I'm thinking more about the playoffs. There's a big difference with the Nets big 3 -- they can all shoot the hell out of the ball. Westbrook can't. That's the biggest issue since the Lakers biggest issue this past season was floor spacing. They just further weakened their big glaring weakness.
Haha. Yes, for the love of God, us East Coasters fucking matter.

8:02 and the NBA draft has started. Goodell and the NFL should take notice.

Stupid from Lakers perspective IMO.

With Scottie Barnes off the board, Orlando has Jalen Suggs on top of its draft board at No. 5, sources tell ESPN.
he is on abc
Quote:
Put Jalen Rose on this broadcast
he is on abc
Yeah, I don't know why. Put Rose on ESPN. Why do I have to listen to Kendrick Perkins butcher this shit?
Trade?
Trade?
Yep have to think there is a trade brewing
Trade?
Yeah that strikes me as a pick for someone else
Trade?
Makes no sense
Turkish big is also intriguing
But do they want to trade up for Bouknight?
Fox can play two and Halliburton can play 3.
It’s tough because his college situation was a complete disaster. He’s got a lot of tools. We’ll see if it works out.
