They were being very aggressive at the plate and the offensive was thriving. Now it seems to have reverted to the boring and clearly ineffective “patience at the plate” game plan that, frankly, never works.
uribe and kelly johnson had their moments in 2015 but the illars, Peraza, Drury, Mazeika, Guillorme, Nido, Mckinney, Fargas, even Mason Williams. Just about every guy who has come up has done something.

Hard to believe the Maybin experience was this year! Feels like a long, long season just because of roster turnover making it seem like we’ve watched 2-3 entirely different teams.
Maybin did have 1 game saving catch (i think it was in extra innings?)
