Nice to see Nimmo get the start in CF again.
Luzardo is the left-handed pitcher the Marlins traded Starling Marte for straight up. Former #1 prospect in Oakland's system, and former #12 overall prospect. Has struggled in 2021 thus far, however.
Got to win this won. This is a really bad Marlins lineup.
Megill is the Mets best pitcher right now. Love his attitude.

This team is going to lose the division going away if they don't start doing everything better.
In a year of fucking everyone getting hurt, we have 2 players that can't even run at full speed that took ABs tonight.

I agree though. This has been a really bad week. Deadline day was a terrible day IMO. Not only did they have a weak deadline, but Nimmo got hurt, deGrom had a setback.... we've been in a tailspin since.
Hopefully, Nimmo comes back tomorrow and we can go back to at least treading water again.
Our only hope is to get Lindor, deGrom, and Syndergaard back in September and squeak into the playoffs healthy...
