in practice seems to indicate he may have felt a pull or tightness and they shut him down to be safe. I think he’d be hobbling pretty good if it was a bad hamstring pull.
Honestly, if it’s a minor tweak or something and it shuts him down for the preseason it may not be a bad thing. He’s been working with Jones a lot outside the facility to get their timing down and it gives more reps to the young guys who need the work like Sills, Toney, Slayton.
put this on another thread - meant it for here, but here is an example of a usual tweet this time of year where people with thousands of followers put something out there as nothing but rampant speculation, but then it gets passed around as having insight:

A lot about what is happening in the Giants organization indicates some turmoil with either the coaching staff or the front office. Between the Kelvin Benjamin cut and now a player retiring after a few days of signing, it's starting to feel like maaaybe something isn't right

Brutal. Who is Christian Williams?
Exactly. Two fringe players that may not be willing to buy into the system. We know how Benjamin felt, we have not heard why the LB retired.
Ex-Lions Matthew Stafford, Kenny Golladay sidelined with familiar
"Kenny Golladay left New York Giants practice on Tuesday with a hamstring injury. There is no immediate word on the severity of the injury, but Lions fans recall Golladay injuring a hamstring almost exactly a year ago and missing the team’s first two regular-season games as a result." There's video of him walking off without a limp. Some are saying he was holding his hand as well. Who knows.

Looks like he was taking those step up the stairs 2 at a time. Wouldn't think hamstring.

It could also be a chafed chode. It gets hot out there in training camp.
That's what several outlets are speculating.
And he did grab the back of his leg after after a pass play.
I miss pre-Twitter everything lol.

I get the pluses of social media-connecting with people & all that jazz-but the downsides outweigh the positives IMO.

Did Judge comment on it enough to say hamstring?

I don’t think there’s been any official comment yet, all speculation.
