@RapSheet Slight hamstring pull is the word. Not ideal, but not catastrophic |

@DDuggan21 The early word on WR Kenny Golladay’s hamstring is that it’s not considered a significant injury, per source. He’ll undergo more tests today and hamstring injuries are notoriously tricky, but preliminary indications are positive. |
What? No.
Except that most of the reporters have said the chemistry between him and Jones has been off so far in camp. I wouldn't shut him down for the rest of camp.
What do you mean...this one?

we'll find out it is actually a hand or wrist issue, but let the speculation of a hammy continue....
Well, but hopefully he can get back into practicing at some point this summer. All guys need the work, particularly a new addition to the team and one that HAS to develop some familiarity with Jones...
I wonder if guys of his caliber pull hamstrings more than others? Hoping it doesn't come back again but hammies can be a real PITA's and lingering.
Another quality add!

So this is an example of your good day and a quality add?

But FFS, pick your spots, stop trying to turn som many threads into the fucking Jimmy Googs Clownshow.
Lord you're a tiresome little twit.

immediately. Should prevent him from missing any real games. Based on Judge’s comments regarding him being super focused and motivated and the extra time he has put in during the offseason with Jones I don’t think missing some camp and preseason games will mean anything.

There were several tweets in the practice thread about the wrist and hand being looked at. I didn't know that I definitively said what the issue is - you know not being clairvoyant and all that shit. I don't think you want to play the game of picking out what opinions to dig in at - because you'd actually have to make some football-related statements...

Either hammy or hand was a reasonable speculation. Now we know it's a hammy.
Iirc (disclaimer: hammy pulls can all have different time frames depending on degree/severity), OBJ’s hammy pull was much more severe which caused him to miss the first 4(?) games of his rookie season.

i wonder how much of the chemistry issues are simply bradbury. based on how bradbury played last year, i'd expect him to win the majority of matchups with kenny
with the Lions last summer:
"...Golladay injuring a hamstring almost exactly a year ago and missing the team’s first two regular-season games as a result."
Either hammy or hand was a reasonable speculation. Now we know it's a hammy.
Speculation based on what was seen by people there at the time. In the original thread he was heavily implying that it being a hamstring injury was fabricated
In the scheme of things, who really gives a fuck if someone was right or wrong. ALL the speculation was wrong and you being right or wrong has no impact on the injury itself. The bottom line is, Golladay is now out with a hamstring injury. That is potentially a huge blow to this offense, especially since he was considered a major signing to instantly fix the offense. That is where the focus needs to be.

"instigator noun
A person who intentionally incites or starts something, especially one that starts trouble."
Googs is not the only one, anyone intending to incite hurts the forum. There are posters here who enjoy getting under people's skin unfortunately.

LOL. Our Fat friend in Charlotte wrote that after I hoped the hamstring wasn't the same one KG dealt with last year.
I'm rooting for a Fat friend to bounce back and have a better day today...
It is concerning but last year he only missed 2 games with the hamstring injury. The injury occurred during practice the week of the season opener, so it was just a 2 week injury.
Hopefully this current injury isn't more severe.
That is 100% on you.
I don't care what someone said on a different thread, you brought it into this one.

You are of the theory that if someone does something wrong to you then it's perfectly fine to return the favor?
The term "anyone" covers everyone.

Settle down. And I didn't bring it on this one. Nor does it matter how many posts I made, especially if I replied on it.

This is unfair. Our Fat friend in Charlotte is the Bully of BBI. And he revels in call outs and attacks.
Now, I'm fine with it. It's who he is.
So as far as I'm concerned, what's good for the goose is good for the gander...

No need to rush him back. Get him working with Saquon and Rudolph on the back fields.

and KGolladay has had issues with hamstrings previously. Hopefully it’s a shorter term thing and he can get back to practicing in a few weeks.

Certainly not. But do generally subscribe to what goes around comes around...

You're proving my theory that some on BBI are much more interested in being right and scoring points on an Internet message board than if the Giants are becoming a better football team.

And Golladay is the type of WR that Bradbury excels against. It's the short, quicker guys that he "struggles" with. And by struggle, I mean doesn't completely shut down.

Bw,I don't believe there is value in returning someone's actions to them. It seems to compound the situation. Now that doesn't mean I'm innocent, it means when I do it I typically regret it. I asked Googs if he values getting even with people because if that is his theory then we have little hope seeing eye to eye on pivotal elements of relationship; therefore are best to continue avoiding each other.
I understand if my stances may come off as sanctimonious. That certainly is not my intent and try to include my own faults which are plenty.
Nevertheless, feel free to keep running with this...

I admit that I have a softer spot for FMIC because he has never came after me in a disrespectful manner. I honestly don't think discord is helpful for discussion no matter what. You indirectly calling me a hypocrite is accurate although not celebrated.
That's if the opportunity ever comes around of course...
Isn't proper hydration also very important?

What are the preventatives to take to limit Hamstring pulls? Obviously, stretching and I'm sure some specialized weight training but if it seems to be an ongoing issue is there anything else that he can do to limit the chances of it getting strained?

Not sure how I proved that theory, or what you are talking about, but I couldn't be less interested in keeping score who is right or wrong.
I doubt I have to name names, but it's pretty clear which posters have a history of starting call-out threats or call-out posts inside a thread.

You have to understand that our Fat friend in Charlotte is good friends with Brandon Beane, the GM for the Bills. And Beane was the apprentice under Gettleman when he was the GM in Carolina. So Beane is very fond of DG.
Which means so is out Fat friend. And that is why he does the FatMan Shuffle when it comes to basically any criticism of DG...
Of course - you're above the fray, right?
