They have a strong LB unit, but not so sure about the backend of that defense. They should be able to generate some pressure, but I expect the Bucs to win by at least 10.
I do think Dallas will put some points up so I'd like for a 35-24 score.
but I think Brady is going to tear Dallas a new one. I think it will be enjoyable to watch. Hoping for something in the 38-10 range as long as TB doesn't go into a soft prevent defense in the second half.
Going to be interesting to see how Dal handles the Bucs DL especially w/o Martin.
Suh can still play well, Vea is a really good player, JPP can still play and Gholston is a good player. They are the rare defense that can stop the run and pressure the QB
It's only 28 because the Buccaneers let up on the gas in the 2nd half.
Jerry Jones falls out of his skybox and is trampled by a celebratory Bucs crowd.
The no mask policy results in another predictable outcome.
Dallas is way overrated, missing Martin and Collins has been dinged. Dak is unproven off injury (ankle) and then shoulder. The Bucs will do everything possible to get some hits on Dak and I see Brady as wanting to show the world he is even better now than last year.
The Cowboys are loaded with talent but watching Hard Knocks convinced me that McCarthy and company are simply along for the ride. Zero discipline, lots of lolly gagging at practice and completely uninterested players half the time. They are in for some serious disappointment if they expect to contend with well coached teams. Arians will have his guys ready.

Difficult to expect some type of Super Bowl hangover

How does Dal stop the TB offense?
Don't forget about Shaq Barrett. Their best pass rusher.
Brady is 14-4 in week one for his career. He also needs five games with 3 plus touchdown passes to set the career record. Drew Brees has 97 and Brady has 93. The Dallas secondary will have their hands full.

I took over a couple weeks ago but I hate it now with the Martin
news. TB is going to grind it out on the ground against that soft defense and Boys struggle without one of their big 3 lineman. They need those 3 guys to stay healthy because the offense needs to score 30 a game to win.
Given it is the first game I expect to see a sloppy game. It will be interesting to watch Dak perform after layoff and injuries. Dak has always been overrated to me. He plays hard and has always been supported with a good to great OL, great RB and now has stud receivers. Dallas has spent major draft capital to prop him up.
Brady and company play smart football and TB defense will do enough. Buccaneers 27-17.
Not so sure about that. Devin White looked like a monster in the playoffs, I think he ascends this year to becoming the next truly great ILB in the league. Along with David + their great DL, that Bucs front will be tough.
I feel like people are underestimating the potential of the Brady-Brown connection. Brady has always loved feeding guys like Welker/Edelman, and Brown is basically a souped up version of that even at this stage of his career. I think Brown leads the team in receptions and reminds people why he’s a HOF talent, although that whole trio of WRs should put up big numbers.
Dak and their receivers will put up big passing yards after getting down early. Dallas will make the final score look good, like 34-28, but the Bucs will control the game imo.
I will enjoy this game immensely to see the Cowboys routed and Jerry's grim face as he realizes the super bowl caravan will not pass through Dallas this year.

I'm going with a low-scoring, sloppy game due to the limited number of preseason games. 17-13 Tampa.

Imagine Bucs offense will have its way with Dallas defense more than the reverse. Bucs 28 Dallas 20.

When you realize 20 years ago Brady was starting games in the NFL.

Good to see you channel any shred of optimism to dallas.
LOL.
