McCarthy always struck me as the kind of coach who calls plays based on optics. If he goes for it on 4th and fails, he imagines being criticized more than he would if his kicker misses a field goal.
A flawed team to me. They’re going to have to win a lot of 37-34 type of games if they are going to be a playoff team.
The secondary is Swiss cheese and they don’t have much of a pass rush. The middle of the Dline is also weak. The linebackers are even a question as Jaylon Smith/Vander Esch are more name than substance, and Parsons is a rookie running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
Offensively, Daks outstanding IMO. Top 10 QB. Receivers are good. But I’m not sure they have that same running game that helped keep the defense off the field in the Garrett era. Oline is not what it once was either after injuries and the retirement of Frederick.
I am very confident that the Giants are better than Dallas
Seems to be more and more important. I have never been more confident in our backfield, but man we better live up tp the hype with how good this Dallas offense looks.
Adoree and McKinney need to step up big for us this year.

He spent the COVID year completely revamping his body. He was already good at Washington, but the year off made him stronger and faster.
Toney may be great, but I think Tryon will be one of the top players out of this draft class.

Brady us amazing, but Tampa’s defense looks pretty weak, the rookie pash rusher Tyron needs more snaps.
Especially when he rushes on Wirfs side and Wirfs swallow him like a tic-tac.
