Not sure if he is not ready yet or just not part of the game plan today. You’d hope for more from him next week.

The jets second rounder , who tore it up in camp, had slightly worse stats than Toney today.

knew what type of plays Toney would be used for but somehow Denver was supposed to be caught off guard by it.

given his limited practice time in his first camp. But, what I am disappointed in is not having him return kicks or punts. That should be the easiest way to get the ball in his hands every week.

I thought that too. On the5 yarder he headed to the side line without fighting for more yardage, looking tentative.

The guy was in for 2 snaps before Slayton went down on final drive.

The Giants ran a play to Toney on each snap. If that is not telegraphing your offense, than idk what is. How incompetent do you have to be, or how incompetent do you have to think the opposing team is, to give a guy the ball 100% of the time he is on the field. The Broncos knew that if Toney was on the field, he was getting the ball.

Garrett is an absolute moron. Looking back at the Game, this is incredibly frustrating to me. It’s a complete deprivation of any type of football IQ, offensive strategy and piss poor preparation by Garrett and the offensive staff.

On both plays, Toney looked to have avg NFL speed and was unable to use his juke quickness to elude tackles.

where daniel jones ran the ball for a td. toney ran a fade into the right back corner of the end zone.

maybe he's the giants secret weapon and they're keeping him under wraps for thursday night.
