In my opinion, the goats of today's offense are JG and DJ. They can't fire/ bench DJ (although I wish there was some alternative - he's finally convinced me that he's a big-time bust); so its gonna have to be Garrett. His play calling is terrible and everyone can see the patterns. Run 4 receivers to sticks and have them all stop and turn to QB. He does it all the time and defenses know it and stopped it all last year but were doing it again. Slamming SB into line over and over again rather than trying to isolate him in space and make defenders miss. Why does JG deserve so much leash...?
If the losing continues and offense continues to suck, something has to change before the season is lost and fans have no reason to watch. Only plausible change I can think of that could possibly bring significant change is to change these terrible playcalling schemes. However, no matter what they do, DJ will be DJ and that problem's not going away so fast.

I don’t really get how every offseason people get hopeful when we’ve seen the same thing year after year. Ive seen every game in this post-Gilbride era and I have to say these games are getting really boring to watch. This team just can’t score. zZZ
I guess JG will be the fall guy, but I really think it’s lack of talent on the roster that is the problem. I hope DG is out this year, but I think things will be tough for the next GM with all the money that was spent this offseason.

Exactly. Mara certainly wants to win and I believe he is unhappy with the team, but he just doesn’t know how to improve the organization so the team resorts to PR moves to win time with the fan base.

The play calling is just horrible, no creativity, no design runs for Jones, no screen passes to Barkley, no ways to get Barkley out in space, get Jones rolling out..
