Joe, meet Rudyard

Grizz99 : 9/13/2021 5:14 pm
How does Joe get through this - the first crises (and maybe last) of his career?
What does he say, esp. after they've bought into his system and paid the price.
Does he emphasize the good (and thereby lie, there was precisious little good).
He is accountable now to everyone on the team and maybe to everyone in the organization.
I thought of Kipling's words today, but I"m not sure there's an answer there - or anywhere.
I believe there's talent (and extreme talent at that) on the roster and how JJ Handles this next week is going to run a long way into the future.

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing their's and blaming it on you.
If you trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too.
Partial to Dr Seuss myself:

“It’s not about what it is, it’s about what it can become.”

“I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead and some come from behind. But I’ve bought a big bat. I’m all ready you see. Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me!”

Let’s bring some trouble to WFT!
Yikes…
