Derek Carr could be someone to keep an eye on if Gruden gets tired of him.

Carr is a solid, solid QB. He was in the MVP hunt 2016 before he got hurt. Was having a great year. I'd definitely take him right now over Jones...easily.

but I’ve always thought Lamar was a tad overrated and it’s shown in playoff games, he can’t throw in cold weather. Amazing athlete and regular season QB however
