me last night thinking about this upcoming game. What came to mind was 2012 going into Carolina all beat to shit on Thursday night, all hope was lost certain we get our ass kicked. Then came Ramsey Barden and Eli Manning, a few Newton INTs later we blew them out.
that’s happening this time around. I really think this organization is clueless and this whole thing is a LOT closer to blowing up in their faces than making progress. I hope I’m wrong but I really expect them to get pasted Thur nite. If the Washington QB totally outshines DJ, what does it tell you?

The Ramses Barden game. I was at that one. It reminded me of the Odessa Turner game in Washington where he caught about 10 passes and then didn't do much after that. I was at that game too.
One would hope that the defensive game plan by Graham is to put pressure on Heinicke to see if he holds up to the defensive pressure. They really need to clean up their pass coverage schemes.
Judge and his coaches need to play aggressive against the WFT it is a winnable game. We shall see what this OL is made of Sunday. Can they cover Logan on Sunday...Mr. Peppers....
Please Please keep the win streak going Giants!!!
Mr. Peppers was last scene being targeted on third down
and losing his match ups vs Denver. And then he caught up with some of his teammates on the bench.
He is an up and down player that feeds off when the Defense is doing well. But when it's not and can't get off the field, then you usually find him in the middle of it.
He needs a bounce-back week.

No long-term worries about Jabrill Peppers. His contract is up in 2022 and he will not be back.
At best Giants look like a team still trying to gel--something I assumed would be done in pre-season. Watched most of the Redskin game and they look better to me. I think that the WFT is better in the coaching department, on defense and in the OL. Giants may have the advantage at WR. QBs probably a draw and same at RBs, at least until SB proves he is a factor again.
A win gives us hope as fans that things are turning around; that they have a shot at a .500 season with a foundation to build on going forward.
If they lose and fall to 0-2 with both losses against mediocre teams, it's yet another year of playing out the string before the calendar even turns to October. It will be three months of following the draft order and playing the who-picks-where game, which is getting old. Nearly ten years of sucking, and the only impact player they've hit on--OBJ--is long gone.

An extension will be a function of whether Peppers can be a more consistent defender in coverage as he is around the line of scrimmage.
Logan Thomas can be a thorn for us in this game and most certainly WFT watched how they did versus the Denver TEs.
Watched the Football Team vs the Chargers last night.
Out a close win in a defensive battle. It will resemble the ugly 7-7 tie game from 1997 when Frerotte sprained his neck celebrating a touchdown by head butting the wall.
Any coincidence that are run game got better last year after Barkley went down and Gallman took over?
Gallman had a decent year for Giants but cannot compare the two guys.
With a healthy Barkley (such as the beginning of 2020), the front 7s of most teams are going to come downhill as Defensive Coordinators see him as primary threat. Once he is out and a non-home run threat like a Gallman comes in, the Defense becomes more basic and looks to make the Giants go the length of the field each time.
That and probably the young NY Giant OL got more comfortable playing as season went along with Gallman being a beneficiary.
think we are playing Monday and not tomorrow. Everyone wants to rehash the game a billion different ways. I do get it, that one absolutely sucked, but hopefully the team isn't dwelling on it like BBI is. Jesus.
Daniel Jones 4-1.
Washington 17
Giants 7

I'll say 23-17 Giants.
I hope you’re right. Neither has happened for the past 3 years. Barkley as a rookie and EE never. Just saying
If your prediction rests on Barkley and Engram, good luck :)
