Portions of my job I can do from home and I like to throw on a show in the background while I work. I usually pick drama shows with heavy dialogue so I do not have to be constantly looking up at the screen (e.g., Mad Men, Sopranos, Succession). Looking for some recommendations. Thanks.
PS., I'll take any show recommendations really.
Love, Death, and Robots 2 seasons on Netflix.
Bob's Burgers
Letterkenny is one of my favorite recent(ish) comedies.
If you want a crime drama, I enjoyed Broadchurch on Netflix a lot.
It got a little 'socially' preachy toward the last few seasons, but was still very entertaining.
The Boys (Amazon)
Heist (NOT Money Heist) (Netflix)
The Witcher (Netflix)
Invincible (Amazon)

Just got done watching "Perpetual Grace LTD" with Ben Kingsley and it might be in my top 10. You will either love it or you will completely hate it.
It was never on my radar and I'm glad we found it. Kind of like the Coen brothers on Valium and psychedelics.

Regarding Mind Hunter:
original drama series "Mindhunter" was put on an indefinite hold, and now its future looks even more bleak. ... This led to the company's decision to release the "Mindhunter" actors from their contracts, though the show wasn't formally canceled.Oct 24, 2020

Let's go easy over there Squirrely Dan
Italian police procedural with amusing characters
Good show, 7 seasons, easy to follow. It's on either Prime or HBO Max.
I watched the 1st season of Pennyworth and enjoyed it. Might be hard if you aren't paying full attention, with the accents.
I also enjoyed Castlevania on Netflix. Might be more of a visual though.
