He has a weak arm all he has going for him are his legs. He got away with some lucky throws last week. He isn’t as smart as teddy so I expect him to be fooled by Graham.
preferred to play against Fitz. Heineke strikes me as another career backup QB who comes in and can win games with patience...nothing stands out, but he sees the field, can evade pressure and hits those annoying 3rd down passes a couple yards past the markers.
The Giants defense better bring their A game today or it will be another long night of the Redskins controlling the flow and time of possession.

When you are constantly getting away with "lucky" throws, they aren't lucky anymore. Guy plays within his sandbox very well, he's just limited down the field.
I mean really, if you re as disgusted as it seems, why do you watch, better yet, why do you come to bbi; from your perspectives there is nothing to enjoy.
when he was at ODU. The guy was a real playmaker...
I saw every one of his college games. He can play. He's just small and not a great deep passer. He's a smart player though, has great pocket awareness and can run.

I have supported this site for years. On the verge of giving up.
He's a similar runner to DJ in that he doesn't really use his legs to extend the play to find an open receiver. Once he takes off he's basically a RB at that point.

Didn't he have a game where he threw for 800 yards??

Almost 800 total yards. I was at that game. Was crazy. Lost my voice which wasn't 100% until the following Thursday.

Beat the team you play, anything else is just fucking bullshit.
Don’t you guys ever get tired of the sarcasm?

So was Tim Tebow. What’s your point?

Seems pretty obvious. But I'll gladly explain.
If you haven't seen Heinicke play in college, go check at his play at ODU to see why NFL teams were interested.

I get what you were saying. But the fact remains, he’s 28, this is his 5th NFL team. Him looking/being great in college years ago means nothing today.
At best, he’s proven to be a decent NFL backup. Good for him.
For a backup, he sure is.
