anybody watching this game knew we needed a first down or TD after that pick, and we run up the middle on 1st and 2nd down.
We know a FG beats us and we are dropping Dexter Freakin Lawrence into coverage and rushing 3 on first down like we have an 8 point lead.
Washington calls TO and we STILL have guys trying to run off the field causing us to use a TO.
Judge and crew are bad - need to blow it up again this year.
At least Jones played a very good game. He needs to run even more in my opinion.
The defense cannot get a stop at the end of the half or game EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Constantly rushing 4 and not getting home EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
We seem to do the same stuff on defense at the end of the half and end of the game, and we give up points 80% of the time. Happened last week, and most of last year.
I just wish we'd be more aggressive in those spots, might get same results, but let's find out?
We did that on both offense and defense at the end.
More fit.....nope
Better prepared...nope
In position to be successful....nope
Smarter....nope
I thought the team overachieved last year and I was hopeful it might lead to progress this year, but these two games have not inspired confidence.

He's a used car salesman. He's a smooth, eloquent talker and has a serious demeanor that makes people believe he's in charge and knows what he's doing.

6 wins wasn't an overachievement. It was a bad season that was slightly less bad than the last couple of years.

I was optimistic about the Judge hire, but it got kind of ridiculous how devoted people became to him on the basis of a few press conferences.

I'm coming around to this opinion too. But what I don't get is that he seemed so meticulous describing plays during his segment as well as his philosophy that I was sure that attention to detail would show up in actual games.

I expected them to win 2 or 3 games, and they won six, and were generally at least competitive in most games. It's a very low bar, but my expectations were basically nil. So, in my mind, they overachieved.
