He should have had 300 yards passing with 2 TDs and over 100 yards rushing with 2 rushing TDs. IMHO this rivals the Bucaneers game in his debut besides the fact he came out with the win!
good. Garrett called a much better game tonight and I don't blame him for Judge being a henpecked pussy at the end. God damn how am I going to sleep tonight.
was terrific. he seemed to do a better job in the second half going through his progressions. Whether he can continue to play this well is an unknown. But this was certainly one of his best games. His WRs really let him down.
Daniel Jones sucks and will never be a good NFL starter.

How have I not managed to notice you all these years, and you be so wrong all of the time?

I’ve always maintained Jones has the requisite skills to be a good not great QB. For me it’s always 1) coaching 2) stability of the program.
By stability, I mean is management not panicking, is there a logical architectural plan for the offense etc.
Plenty of guys in Jones’s talent band have taken teams to the playoffs.
One of those sacks cost them a FG attempt after the long Barkley run.
Please let Freddie Kitchens call the plays sometime soon. Maybe Jones could be even better if it wasn’t 2nd & 15 after some asinine playcall by Garrett so often.

But he was really good last night. Shouldn't be hard to say that. Same as the guys who think he's good shouldn't have a problem saying he played bad when that happens.
That game last night was how good QBs play on a regular basis. For Jones, it was probably the best game of his career. But if he plays like that on a regular basis, he will go from being a bad QB to a good QB. I'm not optimistic that it will happen but I'd like to see it.

How do you know that without the All 22? In fact one they showed on 3rd down with the QB cam at first I thought it was on him, but Rudolph literally ran the wrong route and would have been up on 3rd. Instead of throwing a pick and forcing it, he ate it. It's why having players matters, and why we had like no TDs last year. It's good to see the line pass protecting better though. The play calling helped a helluva lot there by actually throwing the ball on first down.

That Rudolph route was one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. If he breaks to the middle of the field it's a 30-yard gain.
But we are in year three. He should be expected to have games like this each week. This was a well-played game and credit to him. This needs to be the standard, not the exception.
.
Jones was NOT EVEN close to the problem should have had 300 yards and 2 TDs with 95 on ground and a TD.
NO TURNOVERS. that was a great game for him. shame how it ended and damn shame slayton dropped that
Saquon is the most overrated player in the nfl.
The only thing I don’t understand is where are the screen passes to barkley?
Also who does golladay think he is yelling at jones, he missed on 3-4 catchable balls tonight.
1st half was good. He completed a high % of passes, and also ran for 70 yards. They just didn't throw it as much.
I guess the TD pass to Slayton was shaky.
Once the oline got settled he was very good.
You can see how good he can be when he is allowed to ball
If you add 20 more yards on his td run and 50 yards and add a dropped TD to Slayton his stats would be crazy
He would have been 350 yards passing 2 TDs and 115 yards rushing and a TD

TD pass was in the third quarter.

Enjoy your moral victory.
The best thing about Jones is his running. The entire offense should be built on that.

It is the best thing he does and it nets real chunk yardage. They don't seem to know how to defend his running.

You are clearly disappointed that he played well. Admit it - you would rather see him fail and be right than watch him succeed and prove you wrong.
Record: 4-1
Completions: 108
Attempts: 158
Yards: 1,150
Completion %: 68.4
QBR: 70+
TD: 10
INTs: 3
Rushes/Yards: 30/218
Like I said, he owns them...

Looks to me there's no option to pass, but it's simply an option run. Either the back runs it, or Jones does.

All games excluding WFT:
Completions: 500
Attempts: 818
Yards: 5,336
YPA: 6.52
TDs: 27
INTs:19
QBR: 50ish
Rushing yards: 606
Yards per rush: 6.4
Just WFT games:
Completions: 108
Attempts: 158
Yards: 1,150
YPA: 7.27
TDs: 10
INTs: 3
QBR: 70+
Rushing Yards: 218
Yard per rush: 7+
Pretty noticeable disparity here. Like I said, Jones just has WFT's number. And five games is pretty solid sample out of his 29 games.
