a bad, bad call. My son said this after the game so I watched and re-watched the play. He moved exactly at the same time as the centre’s hand moved to snap the ball.
It shouldn’t have come to this but it was a bad call.
It wasn't even close. However, I don't know if he was in the neutral zone.
It was very close and I find it amazing that they never showed the sideline shot...now he may have lined up offside. But if he moved before the snap it would have been 0.1 seconds before, even in slow mo from behind it was nearly simultaneous.
But they did not show the sideline view. 3 or 4 replays of every PI, but nothing on that play. Make you wonder just a tad.
I knew what was going to happen and I was just so pissed.
Did the kicker know he was offside and it effect his kick or do you guys think the kicker didn’t know.

if there's any semblance of forward movement. But it was a 48-yard FG attempt - not easy but Hopkins should have made it the first time. To me the penalty and then missed kick are a wash - at the end of the day the Giants failed by letting them get in position to make that kick in the first place.

The refs blew a bunch of calls tonight on both sides of the ball, but that was not one of them.

Just a bad team at this point. Bad things happen to bad teams!
Another week to improve. I'll be faithful until they are eliminated from playoffs contention.
