One of the biggest indictments on Gettleman's tenure here is that the one and only player on this team that consistently plays like a winner, the one and only guy that gives his all week in and week out, always works hard and performs to the best of his abilities on every snap, is the only Reese guy left on this entire roster.
For me, the disappointment in Shep came from him not stepping up and becoming a WR1 when Obj was out due to injury and then when Obj was traded away. That’s just not who he is, he doesn’t play well enough when he’s the primary receiver. I think Golladay is a big part of the reason why he’s off to a fantastic start this year.

His only problem was the concussions. Outside of the GB playoff game he always showed up.

He's just not that guy. He's ideal in the slot, finding open space. He's never going to be the number one. I just don't think he's built for it. He does not have prototypical size or he isn't exceptionally fast. BUT he is a hard worker and runs great routes.
He’s playing a lot better than this right now. Not sure what’s changed, he looks a little faster and his route running is top notch.
I like Shep, I think he is underrated, but he can't carry Steve Smith's jock strap.
No shit Sherlocks. He was never drafted to be or asked to be a #1. He was billed as a slot receiver from the get go.
Some of you need to stop being obnoxious captain obvious morons. Gets tiresome.
Guy has been a consistent, reliable move the chains WR.
? He's averaging 8 catches and over 100 yds per game this season so far, and 3 catches have been over 20 yds. He is a slot guy, not the deep threat. He is doing everything being asked of him
